1. I have a problem with my order?

But please do not DM me on Instagram as I can easily miss your message.
2. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, all of my products are cruelty-free! I believe in creating high-quality beauty products without harming animals.
3. How long does shipping take?
I usually ship same day, which means I drop it off at the post office within 24 hours of you ordering.
Shipping times may vary however depending on your location. Generally, it seems to take 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
Please note that these are estimated shipping times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. How come I don't have a tracking number for my order?
If you choose the free shipping option on very small items (like stickers or lipstick), there's a high chance you won't get a tracking number (it says it before you make a purchase).
If you'd like to ensure you have a tracking number for your order, I suggest paying for shipping.
